My office is located at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital in the Behavioral Health Building. It's the one story building between the main hospital and the business office, at the end of the driveway/parking area very near the main entrance of the hospital and the ER entrance. Just inside the glass door the hall turns right. My office is the second door on the right.
